Terms of Service

1. Agreement
MangaForge ("the Service") is operated by dietsoda.dev. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What MangaForge is
MangaForge generates manga and webtoon panels, characters, and story text from the prompts you provide, using third-party AI models. Output is produced automatically and will vary in quality; it may contain errors or artifacts.
3. Your prompts & your output
You keep the rights you hold in the prompts you submit, and — to the extent allowed by law and by our AI providers' terms — you own the images and text the Service generates for you. You are responsible for how you use that output. Because AI models can produce similar results for different users, we cannot guarantee any output is unique.
4. Acceptable use & content
You must have the right to submit every prompt and reference you upload. Do not use the Service to create content that infringes others' intellectual property, depicts minors in a sexual manner, is unlawful, or violates our AI providers' usage policies. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate this section.
5. How your content is processed
To generate output, your prompts and uploads are sent to third-party AI providers (for example Replicate and Anthropic) for processing, and your projects are stored in your account. You can delete a project at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
6. Accounts
Provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
7. Billing & cancellation
Paid plans and generation credits are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period; you can cancel any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Credits consumed to generate output are not refundable.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including any warranty about the quality, originality, or fitness of AI-generated output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dietsoda.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated Terms.
