Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions

If MangaForge isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full, provided fewer than 50 credits were used in that period. Renewal payments aren't refundable, but you can cancel any time from Settings and keep access until the end of the paid period — no cancellation fee.

2. Credit packs

One-time credit packs are refundable within 7 days of purchase as long as the credits are unspent. Once credits from a pack have been used to generate output, the pack is no longer refundable.

3. Consumed credits

Credits spent on generation aren't refundable — every generated page incurs a real inference cost the moment it renders. The exception is failures on our side: when a panel fails to render, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically, and if a whole generation fails you're refunded for everything that didn't get delivered.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from your account email with the word "refund" in the subject. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
